We will furnish you with a computer generated estimate of the net proceeds you can expect from the sale of your property. This also helps you determine the price because you do not have to pad the price to be sure you have enough net proceeds.

15. BUYERS AGENTS
We have a number of buyer's we refer to, so we are never too "busy" too work with buyers.
